Refund policy

30-Day Returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in the original packaging. To start a return, email us at constructionservicesguild@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping cost.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping was free, so no shipping charge is deducted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
